Jay Allen

Jay is the owner and Executive Chef for The Elegant Plate Personal Chef Service for five years and was a Chef at Restaurant Amuse, The Buttery, Crust N Craft and Tersiguels French Country Restaurant. He is a Graduate of L’Academe De Cuisine and gained a Masters in Italian Cuisine from The Italian Culinary Institute in Calabria Italy.  Before that he was a senior Design Engineer for Weyerhaeuser Corp in Tampa Florida, he also owned two companies St Pete Paper and Advanced Image Industries. Both Jay and his wife Vicki have lived in Rehoboth since 2010 and have been married for 31 years with one Daughter and Granddaughter who live in Virginia Beach.
