Jason Matthews

Development Director

Jason Matthews is thrilled to be joining the team at Clear Space as the new Development Director, where he will lead fundraising strategy, donor engagement, and community partnerships to support the theatre’s artistic and educational mission. With over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit space, including most recently at Delmarva Christian Schools, Jason brings a passion for the performing arts and a proven track record in building relationships within the community. When not rallying support for the theatre, Jason can be found playing golf, hanging out on the beach or enjoying a quiet evening with Shannon, his wife and their three sons.
