Andy Staton

Andy Staton brings more than two decades of real estate experience to Coastal Delaware as the founder of Selling the 302, and is TV Host for The American Dream Network. Andy pairs that visibility with a long-standing record of community engagement. He has served as a board member and Grants Chair for the Delaware Community Foundation and the YMCA of Sussex County.  He has previously held leadership-council roles with CAMP Rehoboth and Beebe Healthcare, all contributing to initiatives that strengthen governance, health, and quality of life across Sussex County.

Personally, Andy is a full-time Rehoboth Beach resident who enjoys the very lifestyle he advocates for: time on the water, early-morning pickleball, and life at home with his dog, Cooper. His commitment to community, culture, and connection guides both his professional work and his service across the Coastal 302.
